The Origin of True Indian Oud

Agarwood oil, also known as Oud oil, is obtained from the resinous wood of
Aquilaria Malaccensis trees. These trees grow naturally in the humid climate of
North East India, where environmental conditions allow the formation of rich
aromatic resin within the heartwood.
Tripura has long been recognized for its agarwood heritage, where traditional
knowledge and natural conditions combine to produce agarwood of exceptional
quality. Only resin-rich wood is selected for distillation, ensuring depth, longevity,
and authenticity in every drop of oil.
The older the agarwood tree and the richer the resin formation, the more complex
and valuable the resulting Oud oil becomes.

A Fragrance Beyond

Oud oil is widely regarded as one of the most complex aromas in the world of
perfumery. Our Agarwood Oil reveals a deep, earthy character intertwined with
warm woody notes and subtle sweetness.
The fragrance opens with rich balsamic and resinous tones, gradually evolving
into ambery incense nuances with hints of honeyed tobacco and leathery warmth.

As it settles, the aroma becomes softer, sweeter, and musky, leaving a long-
lasting and sensuous drydown.

Each batch of natural Oud oil carries its own personality, shaped by nature and
time, making every experience unique.

The production of Oud oil is a slow and meticulous process that requires patience
and expertise.

1. Selection of Resinous Wood
Only high-quality agarwood chips containing natural resin are selected. The
quality of the wood directly determines the quality of the final oil.

2. Preparation of Wood

The resinous wood is cleaned and powdered to expose the aromatic oil
trapped within the cellular structure.

3. Steam Distillation
Controlled heated steam is passed through the prepared agarwood powder.
The steam carries the aromatic oil released from the wood.

4. Cooling & Oil Separation

After condensation, the oil separates naturally from water and is carefully
collected as pure Oud oil.

This traditional process preserves the natural integrity of agarwood, allowing its
true aroma to emerge without alteration.

Pure & Natural — Nothing

Our Agarwood Oil contains no artificial additives, synthetic fragrance, or dilution. It
is a pure natural essential oil distilled directly from agarwood.
Every drop reflects our commitment to authenticity, sustainability, and the
preservation of natural perfumery traditions.
